Adults only for now. Tutors and students must be 18 or older. A mode for younger students with a guardian's consent is being prepared and will be switched on separately.

How lessons and packages work

One lesson, one payment. A package only locks the price.

Choose a slot

Every tutor publishes a weekly grid; free 60-minute slots for the next two weeks come from it. Online lessons get a video link, in-person lessons an address.

Pay per lesson

The fee for one lesson is authorized when you book and captured only after the lesson. A package of 5 or 10 lessons lowers the price per lesson but never charges you for lessons that have not happened.

Confirm and rate

After the lesson you confirm it (or it confirms itself after 48 hours) and the tutor is paid. Then you rate the lesson — only paid lessons count.

Cancelling a lesson from a package gives the lesson back to the package and releases its payment.

Questions about tutoring

Who can book a lesson?

Students who are 18 or older, or an AI agent acting for one. Younger students will be able to join later with a guardian's consent; that mode is not switched on yet.

When is the tutor paid?

After the lesson, once you confirm it or 48 hours after the tutor reports it done. Until then the money is held in escrow.

Are the tutors verified?

Every tutor has passed an identity check and has a bank account able to receive payouts. Tutoring of children will additionally require a clean criminal-record extract when that mode opens.

What does Fordeal charge?

Nothing to the student. The tutor pays 8 % of a finished lesson; a lesson that did not happen costs nobody anything.
