Every consultant is checked against the public register of the country they practise in: CLK, SLK. Identity, licence number and the right to receive payouts are all checked before the profile goes live.

How much does a consultation with a Nutritionist cost?
From CZK 380.00 for 15 minutes, CZK 630.00 for 30 minutes and CZK 1,100.00 for an hour. The price is fixed before the call, and there is nothing to pay afterwards.
Can a Nutritionist prescribe me something?
No. A consultation through Fordeal is an explanation and a professional opinion. Prescriptions, sick notes and medical certificates require an in-person examination and are outside what this platform does.
How do I know the Nutritionist is real?
Their licence number is matched against the public professional register of the country they practise in (CLK, SLK) before the profile goes live, together with an identity document and a payout-ready bank account.
What if the consultant does not show up?
You are refunded in full. The money is held in escrow until the consultation actually takes place, so nothing is released for a call that did not happen.
